Do you have a showroom that I can visit to see the machines in action?
We understand that this is a serious purchase for you.
We are available for demonstrations on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Do you provide training with the machines?
Yes. Certified Training is included with all of our machines at our training room.
Courses can be from a single day, to three days.
We can also provide training at your location anywhere in the UK or Europe.
When I buy a machine, when will I receive training?
We run training courses regularly and we will schedule your training within four weeks from receiving your confirmed order.
If we are providing training at your location this will be arranged as soon as we have a delivery date.
If I have a problem with my machine, do you provide support?
Absolutely yes. Great question!!
The ongoing support provided by your machine supplier is a very important part of what you need, and some suppliers unfortunately fall down in this area.
All machines come with parts and labour warranty and after the warranty has expired, we will still be here to sort out any issues you have.
We really do pride ourselfes in the high level of ongoing service that we provide.
If I place an order. How long will delivery take?
Delivery is usaually within four weeks from us receiving your order.
Following COVID we ask you to allow up to six weeks just in case due to issues beyond our control.
Eg: Delivery backups, Fuel shortages, electronic component shortages, COVID related staff issues. And unfortunately the list goes on.)
Are the machines CE certified?
Yes. All machines have up to date CE certification giving you the piece of mind.
Do you ever have promotions and offers?
Our machines are already amazing value for money but we do always try to give the best absolute price possible.
